Cabin Renovation

This A-frame cabin was discovered during a trip to the mountains and immediately stood out for its setting and potential. Like many mountain properties, the home had been used intermittently as a vacation retreat and had seen little in the way of updates over the decades.

Set on two acres within an aspen grove between Fairplay and Alma, the property offered sweeping mountain views and a sense of seclusion that made the renovation worthwhile.
