Triplex

Building on the success of the four-unit development, the same investors partnered with Harden Custom Homes to deliver a triplex informed by real-world experience and tenant feedback. With additional allowable square footage and lessons learned from the previous project, the design was refined to further improve layout efficiency, livability, and long-term durability.

The project was executed using a process-driven approach that emphasized consistency across all three units. Permitting and inspection milestones were carefully coordinated, finish standards were clearly defined, and trade sequencing was managed to maintain momentum through repeating scopes of work. The result is a modern, durable triplex that balances tenant appeal with materials and details designed for long-term ownership.
